Founder, Join Politics
Building a bridge between India's citizens and its political parties, so that anyone who wants to serve has a clear path to do so.
Why I started Join Politics
Across India, millions of young people and citizens care deeply about their communities and want to contribute to public life. Yet most of them never get the chance, simply because they don't know anyone in a political party or whom to approach.
Political parties, in turn, are always looking for committed workers, organisers, professionals and future leaders at the booth, mandal, constituency and state level. The two sides rarely meet. Join Politics was started to fix that gap.
Through one simple form, anyone can share their state, Lok Sabha constituency, assembly segment, preferred party, the role they'd like to play and the skills they bring. We then help connect them to the right party organisation where they can serve.
Our Vision & Mission
Vision
An India where every citizen who wants to serve the nation through politics has a fair and open doorway to do so, regardless of family background or connections.
Mission
To connect willing citizens, especially youth, with political parties, constituencies and roles that match their values and skills, in every state and union territory of India.
What Join Politics stands for
Non-partisan bridge
We do not belong to any party. National parties appear in every state and regional parties where they are active. The choice is always yours.
Transparency
We are clear about what we do and what we can't promise. Your details are shared only with your consent and only for the purpose you chose.
Youth empowerment
Fresh energy, ideas and skills such as social media, law, data and organising strengthen democracy. We want young Indians at the table.
Grassroots service
Real politics starts at the booth and the village. We focus on placing people where they can serve their own communities.
A message from the founder
"I believe politics is not only for a few families or insiders. It belongs to every citizen. I started Join Politics because I kept meeting talented, sincere people who wanted to serve but had no door to knock on. My goal is simple: if you want to work for your people, your constituency and your country, you should be able to find your place. Fill the form, tell us how you want to serve, and let's build a stronger democracy together."— Srinivas Naidu, Founder, Join Politics
