The Website and the Join Politics service are owned and operated by Pioneer Poll Strategies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated on 10 August 2022 under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U74999AP2022PTC122495), having its registered office at 45-44A-12, First Floor, 80 Feet Road, Akkayyapalem, Near NAD Maharani Parlour, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016 (the "Company", "we", "us"). Join Politics is an initiative of the Company, and references to "Join Politics" in these Terms mean the Company. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Company, which is the entity responsible for the Website.

1. Acceptance

By accessing www.joinpolitics.in (the "Website") or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About the service

Join Politics is an independent, non-partisan facilitation platform. It collects expressions of interest from individuals who wish to participate in politics and, with their consent, shares them with the relevant political party organisation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Information you provide

You agree to provide true, accurate and current information, including your name, contact details, state, constituency, assembly segment, party preference, preferred position and skills. You must not impersonate any person or submit details of others without their authority.

5. Sharing with political parties

By ticking the consent box on the enquiry form, you authorise Join Politics to share your submitted details with the political party you selected and its authorised coordinators, solely to enable them to contact you. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. No guarantee

Join Politics does not guarantee party membership, any position, role, nomination or election ticket, or any response from a party. All such decisions rest solely with the respective political party. Join Politics never charges or accepts money for membership, positions or tickets; any such demand made in our name should be reported to us immediately.

7. Non-affiliation

Join Politics is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any political party, the Election Commission of India, any State Election Commission or any government authority. Party names are used only to identify them to users.

8. User conduct

You agree not to: submit false, misleading or abusive content; use the Website for hate speech, defamation, harassment or incitement; attempt unauthorised access, scraping or disruption of the Website; send spam; or use the Website in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 or any other applicable law. We may reject or remove any enquiry at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Website's content, design, logo and code belong to Join Politics unless otherwise stated. Party names and symbols belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Join Politics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any act or omission of any political party or third party after details are shared.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Join Politics against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
